I arrived for my appointment time and one employee was having to leave early and wouldn’t be able to finish it the same day, So another employee volunteered to take it on so that I could have my phone back the same day. The gentleman that greeted me when I first walked up was very professional and attentive to my needs and questions. After I left my phone with them I was shopping for a new phone case and a new case for my iPad and I was approached by an associate to ask if I needed any help finding anything. I didn’t need help finding the iPad cases and she took me right to them. This store has customer service down to a T. I felt very valued and important and white tonight issue with my phone as well as any other needs were were dressed very quickly and professionally. I love it when I see this kind of teamwork and dedication. I can only assume there are some great leaders there as I have management experience. Thank you so much for making it a great experience and I will definitely come back to the same place with any future needs.

Geek Squad fixed and replaced my entire iPhone 11 screen within the hour and was able to go home with a new looking phone. It was quick, efficient and had no problems with the new screen at all!

The agent replaced my iPhone glass that was broken. He also put in the new glass protection cover for my iPhone. I feel it was a professional service. The wait time was fast and the service was done very well. He also explained the warranty to purchase which I did. I definitely will go back.

My camera was broken on my phone which makes it non repairable. I was thrilled to know a phone could just be changed out during the service. Geek Squad explained everything and helped with the conversion.

Fixed damaged cell phone screen great customer service

Don't like iPhone 11. Don't like a total touch phone.

The correct expectations were not set. I literally waited about 13-14 days for my phone. I was charged $100 to fix my phone when it should have been $30. The agent who helped me was insensitive and lacks empathy for his customers.

They repaired my phone quickly and the quality of service was 10/10.
