I will give the 5 star rating for the attentiveness of the team and the way they received me to have the iphone battery replaced..

Noticed the battery on an iPhone was needing to be charged too often. Decided to look into it, found my battery was failing. Took it to bestbuy and they replaced the battery with an official apple battery, would recommend all battery replacements to go through bestbuy.

I had no idea that I could have my battery replaced in my iPhone 7
Apple showed me where I could get my phone repaired. I made an appointment with Best Buy and only had to keep my phone for about 18 hours ! The Geek Squad did a great job and always very professional !

I am a huge fan of the Geek Squad. They have saved my life. LOL. I was afraid I was going to have to purchase a new phone because no one could find anything wrong with it, but these guys figured it out and fixed it. I love them so much. <3

Brought the phone on for a battery replacement and Ethel guys at geek squad had to had the battery changed out in no time. Had no issues with the battery

My wife's phone had a terrible battery life and she recently got the battery replaced and is extremely satisfied with the result. She did go into phone withdrawal for the 2-3 hours it took to get it done.

Only bad thing I would question is after standing in line and then another 15-20 minutes filling out paperwork, the person said let me see if we have the battery for your phone. Knowing that is why I was there, you would have thought that should have been the first thing to check so as to speed up the process for others if there wasn’t one.

Very poor customer service! There was only ONE associate at the service area to help multiple people. I had made an appointment, but waited nearly 1/2 hour to even be acknowledged and, even after that the associate was trying to guide another employee (obviously a new trainee) while helping me! Ridiculous! Then when I came back to pick up my phone, I was told that they had stripped one of the small screws on the phone and were not able to open the phone. I was told I needed to take the phone to a repair facility, have the stripped screw removed, and come back!!!! (I should add that we were experiencing a severe thunderstorm at this time)! However, I DID as instructed, returned with the phone and was told that I could pick up the phone the following day at about 5:30 pm! And I’m now being asked for a review???? Well you have it!!!

I was able to receive the battery replacement under apple warranty for a discounted price. Best Buy's system to schedule at the time was a little difficult. Had to make 2 trips, but they did a good job with the replacement.

My agent was great. The problem was my order got cancelled. I tried to call & you can’t get a person in the store so I had to make an appointment & had to wait when I got there & was told my order somehow had been cancelled. I had already payed, Agent had to make new order & I had to leave my phone for a couple of hours. Took 12 days altogether, was originally old it would be 2-3 days.
