iPhone 6s battery was died after three years and needed replacement. The new one works the way it should. Geeksquad did a great job after a couple of appointment glitches but all is good now

I scheduled a battery replacement for my phone. I showed up, paid, left my phone with them, and was told to return about three hours later.
When I returned, they were really cagy and weird and said they needed until the next afternoon for the replacement. I needed the phone for the morning for a work trip, so I asked if I could just have it back and bring it back another time. At that point they admitted that they had stripped the screws trying to get into the phone. I was frustrated and tried to talk with them about options, but they essentially told me to kick rocks. The manager was rude and dismissive and the whole experience was really disappointing.
I ended up contacting Apple while sitting in the parking lot outside. This was an older iPhone and any warranties or coverage had long expired, so I didn't expect much, but I wanted them to know that their "certified" techs sucked.
Long story short, I ended up with a brand new iPhone 16 for free from Apple. I didn't push or demand or anything. Like I said, my goal was for Apple to know how terrible Best Buy was. Apple ended up going way above and beyond in their customer care. Literally the polar opposite of Best Buy.
I would absolutely not go here (Harrisonburg, VA Best Buy) for apple service.

Great service, had to wait a day since the Apple specialist was out, but they tried their best to resolve my battery issue by even trying to offer a replacement refurbished unit. Repair was flawless.

I went to my local BestBuy to change the iPhone battery. It turned out that the new battery burned the old phone, as the geek technician told. So they replaced my phone with a new one. It feels much faster than the old one, and the new battery works great.

The Geek squad were great. I didn’t have to wait long in line. I told them what I needed and they happily went to work. The service was quick and he was able to answer the few questions I had. Excellent service.

Had the battery replaced in my iPhone 6S during the Apple Battery Replacement Program which subsidizes the cost. So far so good...no issues with this new battery.

It works really great as the software in this iPhone se was making me hate my iPhone I immediately jumped on to get a new battery so far the phone has been great just sucks YouTube drains the battery like crazy they need to make this app less power hungry!

called Apple and set up a battery change at BestBuy ( authorized battery repair). best buy associate was helpful and knowledgeable. within 30min i had my phone back with a new battery. hopefully the new battery will last as long as the old one did

I got my iPhone’s battery replaced by Geek squad. They just took a little over two hours. Replacement was very professional and i got my phone back exactly at the promised time. Battery has been working great, phone is alot more responsive now.

The Geek Squad replaced my iPhone battery quickly. I had called to set up an appointment; the technician was available on schedule; the battery was replaced and phone returned on time.

My mothers phone was starting to die as soon a you unplugged it from the charger. Apple suggested I take it in since there is not an apple store anywhere near my area. Took it in and got it back in way less time than they said it'd be ready!

New replacement battery holds the charge for almost 10 hours with usage. The previous (original) battery that came with my 6s would only last 4 hours with minimal usage.

The guys were awesome! They were a cohesive team behind the counter and taking care of the customers with ease. Great to see and replaced my battery with no issues or changes to the phone. On time too.

My phone wouldn’t make it more than a few hours without a charge. Replaced battery and good as new. Now i don’t have to drop $700 for a new phone. If it gets me another year I’ll be happy. Service was quick and courteous.

Best Buy was able to get a new battery for my iPhone in stock extremely quickly--faster than any Apple store. The service took about an hour tops and was extremely pain-free. Would recommend to anyone who wants their old iPhone working like new.

Made appointments for two iPhone 6S+ battery replacements. Both were on time and one unit the technician found another issue which was approved by Apple for repair at no charge to the customer. Very happy with the service.
