I brought my iPhone 7 Plus to the local Geek Squad with a cracked screen and a diminished battery. The price for the genuine replacement Apple parts is quite reasonable, but the service itself was pricey. However, I had installed an off-brand screen onto my iPhone (cracked it previously a year before) and the tactile feedback never quite felt right. Kept sticking and missing inputs enough to annoy me, so I bit the bullet and paid full price for professional service. When I got it back, it immediately felt like the real thing again.
Not cheap, but worth it!

I'm rating my experience with Geek Squad at a 3 star ONLY because after 3 appointments, someone was finally able to complete our IPhone replacement transaction. The first 2 appointments were complete failures as there was a "glitch" in the system and they said they could not submit the paperwork. It took 3 appts, 3 trips, 2 different Best Buys and over a month before a someone figured out a way around the glitch. Not sure I'll use them in the future.

The new battery for my iPhone 6 made it perform like new. Smoother operation and not having to charge it every night. It now lasts up to 3 days without recharging.

I took advantage of the iPhone battery replacement at BB and it couldn’t be easier. Made the appointment on the Apple website, set a time, and dropped off my phone. Less than 18 hours later it was ready to go. The only nuisance, and why I’m giving it 4 stars, is that you have to make another appointment on the Apple website to pick the phone back up. That came as a surprise and I should of been advised when I dropped it off.
