I needed my iPhone X battery replaced. In doing so, I was informed that the speaker would also need to be removed and replaced because of the way the battery replacement worked. Free speaker! On top of this, the Agent working informed me that my iPhone X was eligible for a free screen replacement on Apple’s behalf, so I got a free screen with new FaceID and front speaker thrown in there too.

Got the battery replacement right before the apple discount ended. Overall, the service was a pleasant experience, just the waiting time was a little bit longer.

Our battery life was failing so we took advantage of "battery gate" and had both our phones updated with new batteries. So far a 6S can work with the latest OES versions, so these older phones keep on trucking.

Very professional staff. The repair was done with in an hour. I do recommend checking your phone when you receive it back, phone had a slight bend in the house-ing of the phone. Which I was almost sure it was not there when handed it to them.

I was seriously upset my battery on my iPhone suddenly stopped holding a charge and had little hope the Geek Squad could help. Was I wrong! The employee was available at my appointment time, explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take and then did it. In under the time promised and the best surprise? It was amazingly inexpensive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My daughter put the SIM card in the slot without the tray accidentally. I tried using a small safety pin to get the SIM card out but it was still stuck inside the phone. I brought it to Bestbuy Rego Park in Queens the staffs are very nice, especially Brian C was very patient. He used a small pin and paper clip to slide on either side of the card. Finally the SIM card was out of the slot. I really appreciate his help!
