Battery replacement successful in a short period of time.

Apple set up the replacement with Best Buy and went perfect. Now my iPhone battery last a lot longer. Best Buy did a good job.

iPhone users received free batteries for their phones. Geek squad made it quick and painless.

I went to best buy to have battery replacement. Next after the battery replacement I was having issues with my phone speaker & I came back to best buy only for them to say to take it to apple after battery replacement caused speaker issue. I learned my lesson to take my Apple products that I have to take it only to apple and not best buy. I came to best buy to ask for my money return. Not to mention when I arrived to best buy in advance I also reserved a time which took someone a while to come see me. In my opinion I think best buy should train there employees throughly so this situation does not happen to someone else.

Setup an appointment and then came in for the appointment and only took about an hour. Not too bad.

Hooked me up with a new screen and battery and now my iPhone 6s is working good as new! Thanks Geeks!!
