Really solid product, very happy with this purchase.

Bought this for my kitchens hardwood floor and seem to just kind push the dirt around...the mopping pad also seemed to get too much water and go over the same areas too much not really allowing the floors to dry quickly enough to avoid damage. Might work better in a wide open kitchen with tile.

Works great. Use it a lot and makes life easy. Super

I bought this June 4th and it’s now Aug 15th and it won’t charge. I’ve bought a new battery and cleaned all charging components and it still won’t work. Would not recommend.

if you don't have a lot of time, don't bother with this--we have lots of tile floor so turning it on and leaving it works out, but it is slow. I still use a hand mop for wet mopping with a pine sol type product to get a more thorough cleaaning

The robot completed mopping the floor but it doesn't come near to manually doing it. Also, the adhesive that affixes the mop cloth to the plastic base started coming off after only a few weeks of use.

Do not buy this! It would be fine if it worked. It literally mulfunctions all the time. I called the support number and had this mop replaced twice. The third one still had the same problems after working fine for about a month... you turn it on and it just makes a beeping sound, red light comes on and nothing happens. You can't rest it. I am tired of trying to troubleshoot it.

I bought my Braava back in May 2019. At first, I didn't have to babysit it. Less than a year later. It constantly stops and requires me to press the mop button twice in order for it to continue mopping the floor. It does that 2 to 3 times everytime I use it. So I have to run down from the 2nd floor to get this thing to continue mopping. Might as well mop the floor myself. At least I would have to go up and down the stairs to get the job done.

That's all it really is. It just pushes a prewet swiffer sheet over the floor. Nowhere near worth the money. I returned it.

-1 star. This product is simply junk. Does not work it just moves the dirt from one end of the room to the other. Total waste of money. Do not buy it! My husband purchased it as a gift and now I can't return it because the time frame to returned expired even though I just received it. Best Buy was not understanding, customer service was poor.

Disappointed because description said it would clean 1000 Sq ft in a session. But the tiny microfiber pad would have to be changed about 20 times in order to clean any decent size area. The machine would need something like a roller system that fed fresh cleaning pads. The roll could be micro fiber or swiffer type. Then washed or tossed respectively. Definitely not a contender to the Roomba vacuum which is an amazing appliance. How could the floor washer get past R&D??????

Did not live up to expectations. It would probably work on smaller rooms. But if the room have any size to them it’s not worth it.

Buy the 240 model. Although this holds a little more water and has a larger battery capacity, you'll only get a 1" trail of water that comes from a hole in the middle under the pad. Not worth it at all. I took Braava 380t back the next day and replaced it for the 240...which works quite well (and is cheaper).

I purchased the Braava 380t in hopes to clean out tile floors and I am sorry to say it did not meet our expectation. 1. It does not return to a charging station to charge. You have to pick it up and set it on the charging station. 2. It does not work with the app. 3. It left pressure strakes on our floor. What I mean is where the pressure points are on the unit is the streak marks I could see.
