It works ok but this machine does not have internet connection

Did not like product. Had to put cube out multiple times to get whole room, and there were still spots missed. Mop feature sucked

This product might be good for areas that don't need a thorough cleaning. It does a good job at covering the entire room.

I could never get it mop the floor completely. Not good for open connected rooms

I used this little iRobot for the first time today. I couldn't be more pleased. It does just as advertised, and does it so quietly. It acts like a little robotic swifter, but it gets underneath everything it can and gets so much dirt, it's great. It isn't a vacuum, but it doesn't claim to be. As far as the mopping, it does a great job if you don't expect it to scrub. I didn't. I just wanted a mop. It is so easy to operate. You do have to change the pads every room, or you will just be pushing dirt around. But if you change them, it does a great job. It is very quiet, but it does bump into things, so be prepared. Make sure to pick up anything off the floor that you can, especially cords. Once it maps the room, it does go in straight lines to sweep and in little v shapes to mop. It plays a little song when it starts, and another to alert you when it is finished in the room. Changing the pads is super easy. I used swifter cloths for the dry sweeping and the enclosed wet pad for the mopping. I had tried the robot vacuum 880 before this. But I sent it back because it is so loud in a house with all hardwood and tile floors. It gave me a headache. This one is so quiet that I have to check on it if I am in another room. I can't hear it. You will still have to vacuum before this, but in between vacuuming, this is amazing. Thank you, IRobot! And thank you, Best Buy, for a sale price!

This is my second one. Both died after a year. The first one did not work since the rubber around the wheels worn out. Since I bought bestbuy 2 years warranty so I got exchange a new one. The second one did not work after 1 year, the battery does not hold the charge.

This robot does not clean well, didn't get things off the floor like it should have, so I had to go back over it with my manual mop. It has a very short run time, the tank is super small and if you have to do any more than a small room it's not worth it. Returning for sure.

It worked for less than one- one half years. If I bought this at Bed Bath and Beyond I would have been able to return it. Anybody know what I can do with this worthless piece of machinery?

I purchase an I robot 380 Mop,and it was leaving marks on my tiles,so I went to the store and exchanged for another I Robot 380t,and only work fine for a few days ,before it started to leave mark on my tiles .I returned this one ,I decided is not good, at least for my needs.

Please do not buy - i used it for 15-20 times and unfortunately ran out of warranty and product started to stop working, it was a waste and Irobot would not help either. Go for something better. ECOVAC is good replacement.

So small and slow . I was expecting it to work like my Rumba which I love! The mop has to be cleaned every 20 min and it does such a smal space in such a long time ... it’s easier just to mop!! I returned it ! Bad product not even very clean ... uses water only!

This is the worst smart device I've ever bought. It doesn't have a way to come back and charge by itself. It's mapping is all over the plus. All it does is push the dirt into corners. It doesn't scrub. It's like rake your hand and running it across the floor. This is a joke.

It did a poor job of "sweeping" the hardwood floor. It barely dusted the floor and could not go into the corners of the kitchen area. It went over same spots repeatedly! It was very slow and I let it run for 45 minutes. I could have swept the floor myself in 10 minutes!

It was very slow and frustrating device. Returned it as did not find it useful. I have a Neato D80 connected Robot Vaccuum cleaner that does a great job and expected similar performance from this Robot Mop but it was nowhere close.

I thought this would work similar to my roomba. It is smaller than I thought and unfortunately, needs more power to clean well. The little guide cube doesnt do much and unfortunately, it misses lots of dirty spots.

This has no suction and no WiFi capability. It literally just moves the dirt around. May be ok for someone with no pets or children but definitely didn’t meet our needs with two dogs and a 7 year old boy!

Terrible product with very minimal capabilities. On top of that, the mop just doesn’t work. After a few uses, fully charged, it takes a couple swipes at the ground and just stops.

Takes too long and doesn't do a good job. Had to mop by hand after the iRobot 380 was done. It doesn't work at all like the vacuum types. Won't be buying this again. Hope that Best Buy will do a return.
