Works great for me. I can not use a standup vacuum do to back pain. iRobot picks up hair, small food particles, dust etc... on carpet. Had to iRobot proof the room before starting to make sure no wires were hanging to catch on the iRobot. Still need to find a good place to put the docking station so it can easy find to recharge. For right now have under table, press CLEAN to get it going and I carry to docking station when done. Does such a good job that it got me to clean up under my bed so the iRobot can clean without me moving anything. Very happy with the product. I like that you do not need a smartphone use. OK with the scruff marks on the front of the iRobot caused when it cleans sometimes. Still getting use to using the iRobot. Called iRobot customer service with questions and they were very helpful.

Seems to clean very well, but it gets bogged down in one room and has trouble getting into the next room. It seems to spend a great amount of time in the room with the base station. When it went into another room, it didn't finish that room before it came back into the room with the base station.

Cleaner did a great job, but it cannot get in small spaces. It amazed me how it did cover the area and some of the places it was able to get to.

This robot vacuum is really good for everyday simple cleanup especially with having a cat in the house. I’m able to keep up with shedding hairs. It does get stuck sometimes & randomly shuts off without even being stuck. Other than that its great.

Great product cleans really well on both carpet & floors does get stuck on rigs if they have a hump. Would recommend. Bought for my 90 year old Mother.

for a 1700sq ft home it takes at least 4-5 cycles to vacuum all the dust. if you schedule it 3-4 times a week you can keep home relatively clean. great for difficult to reach places like under bed or dressor, night stand. may not always find home base especially if it traveled inside a bedroom. good to have if you don't mind paying for it. I can finally check vacuuming chore off my list.

Overall very happy, but it's not the most intelligent vacuum. We do like that we can start it from anywhere, it has a very random pattern though.

Couldn’t wait to buy this since I have a German Shepherd who sheds and I was vacuuming daily. Roomba works well as far as going under chairs and ottomans and entertainments centers. However it basically just hits the wall then backs up, it is really random and a room is never completely done since it doesn’t work in a pattern. I returned after a week and purchased a Samsung from Home Depot that works really great.

This Roomba is a nice for anyone who wants a non-wireless version of the Roomba, as it is fairly cheaper than the wireless ones. I purchased this as a gift and it has been used occasionally. I does gather dust fast and you will need to move long curtains out of the way because it can get caught. The battery life is fair for a self-moving vacuum.

I am enjoying my Roomba. I let it run about once a week to clean my hardwood floors from the unseen cat hairs and it’s perfect. Only if I could program it to go to other rooms rather then picking it up and placing it in the room that I want it to clean. I do suggest when running the Roomba to make sure that all cords are out off the way because it will try to clean that up lol.

It cleans well, but it keeps getting stuck under my kitchen cabinet for some reason. Also, this vacuum is supposed to be able to connect to my home Wi-Fi network and to work with Alexa, but I can’t figure out how to get those features operational.

Works great for dog hair and other small debris. Sometimes gets stuck though but not often

Love this. May never have to hand vacuum again. It does get lost sometimes so I will have to reset!

Good vacuum. Takes a while to map room. Has gotten itself stuck a few times

While it does a good job vacuuming what it chooses to go over, the assembly line must have forgotten to put a brain in this one as it goes over the same path over and over, but it cannot even realize when it is running over its docking area - even though it has been told to dock. It follows the same path, again and again, without going over new territory.

The robot does clean after a while, but it is not smart at all. It keeps running in the same area and it has a lot of trouble with tables and chairs. I had to return it because it was a waist of money. Maybe the more advance ones could work better, or just simply use your vacuum.

Never homed from the beginning and now it makes loud noises.

I bought this and had high expectations. We have a dog that sheds a lot and 2 cats. We need to vacuum our house daily. We also have mostly wooden floors with area rugs. This was great for getting under the bed and to have something vacuuming the house when we weren't around. But it didn't do the best job picking up pet hair. I also found it stalled in the middle of a room when coming home. If you press 'dock'... it will eventually do so when it gets close to the dock, but 3 times in the course of a weekend (the weekend we bought it) it was dead in the middle of the room. I disappointedly returned the product, but will eventually buy a different one. Buy this product if you have no pets and a small apartment or house. Otherwise go with a more expensive model.
