Does not perform like advertised

Does not perform well transferring from flooring to carpet. Would have returned it to store but waited too long after Christmas to set it up and put it service.

Didn't last two years.

The manufacturer's warranty is only one year. The manufacturer was unable to determine what was wrong with it.

It sees black strips as a cliff and the cliff sensors can not be shut off. It also sees heater vents as cliffs. Would be a great product if the cliff sensor had a option to be shut off. Mine usually never finishes up. Says it is stuck on a cliff. They said to put up there virtual wall. The only problem is I want that throw rug vacuumed. If I had known about this I would have never spent the money.
