not necessary to buy 700 800 800 series. this 650 is best model iRobot.

We have multiple cats and a dog. This roomba keeps our livingroom quite clean when we use it a few times a week.

I like the Roomba and the convenience of the vacuum doing the work instead of me. It does pick up a lot of dirt, hair etc., but every once in a while it will get stuck unless you have absolutely no furniture in your house. Also, once in awhile it cannot seem to locate the docking station once it is done, but overall I do like and recommend the product.

I had vacuumed 2 days prior to running the Roomba for the first time. It was amazing/disgusting what it picked up. It gets stuck under one of our tables so I may have to block that off in the future but it works amazing other than that. Now to keep my toddler from pressing all the buttons....

I have wood floors, this vacuum cleans everything everyday, I do not have to worry about. Best purchase ever

This is the greatest thing happen in my life. No more wasting lots of time to clean especially with a dog that sheds alot. This thing picks up all the dust and fur on the floor. The only thing it doesn't really go up to the thick carpets. Great customer service. Already told my friend about this she went and purchase one for herself and she cannot live without it.

After we got out little puppy, which sheds constantly, our hardwood floor is filled with her hair, we have to vacuum twice a day, then we saw the deal of Roomba 650, what a life save, we schedule the roomba to run during the day while we are working, after getting home, we can always see the clean floor and Roomba's dust bin full of dog hair. Only thing not so prefect is that our puppy is a little afraid of the Roomba, I think she will get used to it.

Although this little guy is very random on the path it takes to clean it bumps its way over every area of your floor sure to get the corners and against the walls better than other robots. Doesn't get stuck on cords unless it runs over the ends. Would love to see what the top tier model can do with the iAdapt 2.0 technology but its out of my price range.

Great machine! We had heard great things and all turned out to be true! Lifesaver with having a shedding dog.

The Roomba works well. It does not clean as well as a Dyson but does great for what it is. Turn it on, it cleans and goes back to the base.

I have friends who have owned a roomba for years. I always thought they were crazy buying it...boy was I wrong. This little thing picks up more dust dirt and hair (I have two cats) than my Kirby does and it cleans under the beds and furniture as well. It's not cheap at $400 but it's worth every penny. You can program it to run any time during the day and it recharges itself automatically. If you are on the fence about buying one of these...just do it!...you won't be disappointed.

Easy to setup and does a good job managing our pet hair woes (four dogs and a cat). If you like clean floors, this product is for you.

The Roomba is an excellent easy to use intuitive robot that cleans almost any serface you present to it!

I use this mainly on my hardwood floors. Works great! Sometimes too good. Picks up everything I need it too and also will grab things like shoe laces or socks and will get tangled. Make sure you pick up certain items prior to use. Haven't had battery issues. Well worth it.

This product was the best gift choice for my mom. She's disabled and cant clean as often or as much as she used to and the Roomba helps tremendously. It misses some areas in corners where the furniture is too close together, but other than that it picks up most everything.

My wife and me bought the Roomba 650 for our house Christmas present and love it. We haven't had any complaints the first few months into ownership and really can't imagine life without it. We primarily use ours on hard flooring (wood & laminate) and it does good capturing all the dust bunnies from our German Shepherd and cat. It also does great on our carpeted bedroom. As stated in the owners manual I dump the dust bin after every use (it's always full) and also clean out the filter with a shop vac to keep it running in tip-top shape. I also clean the brush after every few uses so if a little routine maintenance puts you off this may not be the thing for you. I've already reccomended Roomba to many friends and family and will also do the same to any potential buyer out there. Oh, they also have cool skins and decals to put on them so check out the the web for cool customization options :) 5*'s!!

I'm happy with the Roomba. It does a good job of picking up dust and pet hair. Doesn't do corners at all and have to empty it often.

The Roomba 650 is exactly what our family needed! We are a family with kids and dogs. I am in awe everytime we empty the tray. I love the schedule options. We only wish we had 2 of them so that it could get the whole house done quicker. 110% would buy again!!!

With a newborn and a Great Dane, this little robot has kept our floors nice and clean and pet hair free in between our cleaning lady visits. Only complaint we have our living area a step down from the main floor and it sometimes get stuck on the ledge and reads error.
