I'm happy with how well it cleans. It easily goes from tile to carpet to area rug. It cleans the edges really well and picks up all dog hair. I haven't had to manually vacuum since I got it.

The Roomba does a great job keeping the floors swept. It runs every night in the heavy traffic area and a couple of times a week in the rest of the house. It's easy to empty and maintain.

I originally wanted the 8oo series since the ads say it picks up 50% more dirt, but it was more than twice the price of the 650 and the 650 had excellent reviews. I set it to run 3 days during the week and it runs for about 1.5 hours and cleans bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. Weekends I move it upstairs and let it clean an additional bathroom, office and bedroom. Once it did not clean the bathroom that had lots of kitty litter on the floor. I don't know if it didn't make it into the bathroom or if it couldn't pick up the spilled litter. Mostly though it is great for keeping the hair picked up from 2 cats and 2 dogs. You do have to remember to pick up any throw rugs that have fringe.

I wish I would have purchased a roomba long ago! I absolutely love it! It makes things so much easier and I swear my apartment has never been this clean. It even fits under the beds! I am amazed!

It can go over cords, but it will take more time and thus eat more battery. I just put under rugs or bought cord covers that are profile with floor. Remember this is not for shag carpets or even bathroom rugs. Just pick up bathroom rugs or you will remember I told you when it gets stuck on those thicker versions that feel comfy on the footsies. Very flat carpets it loves. Remember to empty the duster religiously every day because this thing will really suck up the dust/dirt that you never knew you had - go ahead and knock out the hepa filter - it only takes one more second. It will become your best employee that just begs for more work. You will have fun letting it go into new places or not. I think it almost a Vulcan - live long and prosper out there.

Wow, such a great product. Works great and is very easy to use. So happy with it that I bought one for my parents. They absolutely love it as well. Does a great job and very user friendly.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. I have owned two over the years. It vacuums more throughly than I will using an upright vacuum. Condition the battery correctly by charging completely and then discharge fully for TWO charging cycles. Hide the dock from it until it is drained of power and stops. Then always keep docked in the charger when not in use. You have better things to do with your time. You will love this.

I love my roomba. It does a good job at cleaning daily, pick up our dogs hair to lighten my cleaning during the week. Quet enough that it does not bother anyone. Overall im satisfied

We were able to get the last one at the store since they are not continuing to sell them there anymore. Works great. gets under furniture that we usually had to move to get under with a standard vacuum. Easily goes from hard surface floors to carpet. Turn it on when I go to work, and its back in its cradle when I get home. Gets up plenty of dog hair. There are some expensive versions of these, but I didn't need to control it from somewhere else.

This is my second Roomba, and I still think they're useful, though maybe not worth the ever-higher prices. This one gets stuck underneath furniture far too easily, and must be extracted by hand. It also rarely (never) re-docks itself. I use it because I have tile floors and can let it run for a while before I mop, giving me a little more time since I don't have to vacuum beforehand.

As everybody, you are first kind of skeptical about items like this... don't be!!! It has it owns "brain" literally! I have three cats in house... after buying irobet nothing to worry about.

Works great on open areas and along walls. Needs help in tight corners.

This saves me so much time sweeping. As a pet Owner I was concerned that they would be scared of it, fortunately I was wrong. It does take a bit to get up kitty litter.

The Roomba 650 relieves me of an annoying household task, and all in all, it has been an excellent purchase. It generally does a good job cleaning my floors. Sometimes I still vacuum the regular way to get into the small spots that Roomba cannot reach. I deducted one star because it irritates me a little that Roomba seems to have no logical pattern to tackle its job and runs randomly all around the house, cleaning one spot five times and another spot not at all (or so it seems.) Sometimes I lock it into one room to make sure it actually cleans most of the floor there before I let it go into the next space. I can't tell whether that actually helps the cleaning results but it satisfies the control freak in me. It's a good tool, though, don't hesitate to buy it.

Great invention saves so much time cleaning I love the programmable schedule we just program Roomba and let her go to work. Getting ready to buy another for the downstairs area

This is my second roomba, they clean while I'm at work. Great for pet owners. Seven day schedule, easy to clean and it docks it self for charging when it is done cleaning.

I was very skeptical about my Roomba but with less and less time to attend to the daily cleanup in my house, i thought it worth the try. Im not regretful at all! In fact, i may purchase another one to keep upstairs. This roomba easily picks up cat hair, daily kitchen dirt, and rarely gets stuck. It goes under cabinets, tables, chairs with ease and has a very long battery life. Doesnt do deep clean but its not intended to do that. I highly recommend it. Its a time saver and allows me to attend to other things while my floors get cleaned. I use it on wood floors, throw carpets with tassles, and tile floors in kitchen.

We've been extremely happy with BB-9 (our name for our Roomba). We've run it at night and only experienced a couple of issues. We have a slightly graded stone front to the fireplace and the Roomba has gotten stuck a couple of times trying to climb it. Outside of that, our Roomba has quickly learned our downstairs pattern and we wake to clean floor every morning. We have a Cairn terrier and Roomba does a great job of keeping up with him on a daily basis as he goes in and out of the house and rolls in the grass.

Does what it is supposed to do but on a more plush carpet it does leave wheel marks especially in the corners. Does require a little more maintenance with removing and cleaning the brushes, but I'll take it over 2 hours of vacuuming.
