We've been very happy since we purchased the Roomba. It makes life so much easier and its one less thing we have to worry about in our busy week. So far, we've had no issues or complaints. The Roomba works on our schedule and we couldn't be happier. Would definitely buy again.

Had this for roughly 3 1/2 years before it started to die out on me. When I initially bought this machine, research indicated that the lithium battery would start to die out after year one. Based off of that info, I did purchase geek squad and was able to get 3 1/2 years out of the vacuum. When it was in its prime, we ran it once a day in our bedroom to clean up after two large dogs and it did a solid job. Not nearly as good as our Dyson but for in between jobs we were pleased. As the end came near, the battery would wear down to the point that it could no longer make it back to the charging base so I know it was time to exercise the geek squad option. Simply brought the machine to customer service, and was giving a gift card for our original purchase amount.

I own this product for almost 2 mo. now and I really like it. Very good for the cleaning maintenance. Using it on daily basis you can keep the house clean while I can do other activities. The virtual wall works perfectly.

I can not believe I waited so long to get a roomba. It's so worth the investment. I did a lot of research before deciding on a model and price point that fit well for me. I can say that this little baby picks up so much more than any of my vacuums have ever picked up.

Purchased the Roomba 650. Great suction, I had the Dyson animal prior to this and this is just as good for less money. I have two dogs and this Roomba keeps my floors clean. Make sure floor is cleared, will suck up shoelaces and drag the shoe behind it. Be warned it is noisy!

Coolest tech device I've ever purchased. Works great for daily use, so that I don't have to vacuum/sweep on a regular basis. I have a Labrador Retriever that sheds A LOT, and the Roomba is great at picking up her hair.

This is the most amazing vacuum cleaner!!! It does such a great job and for the price, I believe everyone needs one of these!!! It is maybe the best purchase I have ever made!!

EXcentlent product and great support when register product online. THis is my 3rd irobot Roomba because I've given them tas Christmas present to my working daughters who have pets. IT keeps pet hair to minimum for them. THe 650 Roomba is programmable and a excellent feature.

I have all hardwood floors in my house and this little guy helps me keep the dog hair, dust and other unknown tiny bits that end up on the floor under control. I hardly have to use my upright vacuum anymore! I hear it does just as well on carpet and rugs. It's such a big help :-)

I bought this vacuum for my youngest son. My oldest son had one be cause he has a dog with short hair, cat with long hair and toddlers dropping crumbs and everything else. He likes that it picks up the dog hair that he can't always reach, if he's happy? mom's happy!

keeps the hair and dirt down the three dogs bring in. Saves time as I can be doing other cleaning while it is working. I wish I had bought one sooner. Only problem is the size of the canister. have to keep emptying it.

I got this to help with dog hair! The best thing I have bought! It's amazing. Dogs attacked it first, but they've gotten over it. It does get stuck every once in awhile. But, I swear by it. I should have Roomba stock with all of the people that I've told to get one!

We set it to run at the same time every day, and it automatically starts up and goes over all the rooms in the house for about an hour. A couple of times it has rescued itself from a cord it ran over, but we have learned which ones we need to keep out of the way and fixed them. We just make sure it's kept empty and off it goes.

The room a 650 is an excellent product . I do not know how we lived without it for so long. It knows the floor plan after a couple times of using it, and it always seems to get every nook and cranny. My whole house is hard wood floor and this vacuum saves me a lot of time.

The jump between pricing between the higher end models is rediculous. But this thing works amazingly for the limited, less than late dated Tech. The newer models should cost around the same as this one did.. they'd probably be household standard cleaning supplies, if the prices were anywhere near fair. Works great, costs greater..

I did my homework on this before I purchased. This vacuum works well on hard floors. If you need something to clean carpets you'll need to go with a pricier model. It doesn't keep your floors spotless, but does a great job. Keeps you from vacuuming except where it can't go.

i dont like that it bounces on my stuff walls and table feet.... noisy, its ignoring my black rug which is i dont like coz most of my rug is black .. its not what i expected ,i returned it and upgrade to neato

This product works perfectly if you have pets it keeps up with picking up the hair
