    The movie itself is weak compared to earlier ones. Also, a different actor plays Doug Masters. Disappointing.

    This movie is nothing like the cover! It is nothing like the previous Iron Eagle movies. It is totally 'campy'. For example, Louis Gossett Jr.'s character is soft as a marshmallow in this movie instead of the hard butt you see on the cover or even remember from the other movies. There are almost no F-16's in the whole movie. There are almost no real aircraft firing of any kind! The movie is very campy, almost like Xena Warrior Princess. This movie is a tremendous let down.
