Simple and elegant way to attach phone in car

This is it. It is elegant looking and functional, unlike some of the "contraptions" for this purpose. Easy on, easy off, and rotate to any angle. No plastic arms to break off or hassle with when attaching phone. Satin aluminum finish of simple pedestal mount has a quality look and doesn't stand our when phone isn't attached.

Great Magnet, Bad Adhesive

Great, while it stayed

Then the pivot eventually loosened and didn’t hold my phone into place. It’d sag and my phone would be facing down. A little disappointed, especially since it has a premium build. The 3M adhesive wasn’t the issue, it’s the actual pivot.

Nice Design Needs Improvement

Problem is in the ball joint if mounted straight or trying to hold phone with angle; there is no way to tighten joint and with phone on it while driving it shifts down. I have bought 2 and they are both like this; was able to make it work in one vehicle because dash position and angle supported phone.
