After installing the drivers it worked instantly, no problems detecting second monitor. Once detected, the monitor's resolution can be adjusted from your system's screen resolution wizard.

The j5 create was exactly what I was looking for.

My laptop only has one VGA slot so the j5 create allowed me to use a available USB port to add a second monitor to my laptop of multiple screen web work. Great purchase.

If fulfills the need I had for using an external monitor in addition to the monitor on my laptop. I would rate this product good in terms of functionality and reliability. It also has a reasonable price for its value.

easiest way to have 2nd monitor

Over years I've purchased 15+ of these for my business employees to use so they can extend their monitors at their desk so that they can be more productive by monitoring email and browse and work at the same time. Plug and play, simple... Love it.

Great VGA Display Adapter
