I cannot get it to do anything that the package promises. Product literature urges purchaser to contact mfgr before returning to Best Buy. I won't be doing that. If Free Geek can make it work, ok. Otherwise a waste of money.

I had to call them, wait hours for them, and then they took an hour to get it working. and the second time I used it, the same thing. it is much easier to just put your files on a disk key and move them that way

Works Great! Coming from a JUC400 to a JUC500

I use a Windows 10 gaming ROG PC and a 2015 Mac Book Pro. Both units are running all the latest updates. The device works flawlessly overall and is a great asset in my work flow.

Instruction book is useless

Tech support won't respond to your emails until you send them a nasty gram. Forget about phone support. Returned today and will use LapLink supplied by Microsoft to do the transfer. I would give this zero stars if I could. Don't waste your money on this.
