Network jack doesn’t work. If you will use both USB port same time, one of them is works very slow. I did not test the HDMI. Generally It looks good enough but, it is not worth that price.

We do have an "On-Hold" list and if you wish to be added, please feel free to contact the support team mentioned on the casing to speak with an agent and they will be glad to augment you. As soon as the drivers are available, you will be notified. As an alternative, we are offering a one-time discount for obtaining an Ethernet adapter; please contact the manufacturer for further information.

Unfortunately, this is my second one and the same thing is happening. There seems to be a short in the plug and I have to jiggle it so it will work. I wish it was more durable. Very frustrating!

The USB ports work, but the video out does not, nor will my laptop charge through the port. There are no drivers yet for windows 10 creator running on HP available from J5create or from HP.

After 3 months or so the knob broke off and was unable to use it. I would recommend getting one that connects into both USB-C ports for more stability.

Does not work with Lenovo Yoga 920

I have purchased 3 computers from Best Buy over the last three weeks. The first, a Dell was bad out if the box. The second, a Lenovo Yoga 910 was recommended by the sales rep. It was really nice, except I found out after getting it home that no pen (including the Bamboo Ink that the salesman recommended) will work with the 910. I took it back and got a Lenovo Yoga 920. I need to have the ability to connect to a projector. I have bought two different USB-C to HDMI adapters, but neither will work with the 920. A blackweb worked with the 910, but it will not work with the 920. Neither did the J5Create multiport adapter. I am currently looking for another 2 in 1. QUITE FRUSTRATED.
