Just... doesn't work. They have you download a bunch of software to make it compatible and it still does nothing. Tried to get a new one with the warranty and even that didn't work.

The USB-C Multi-Adapter comes in 2 versions, a Plug n Play, the other a driver base. The PnP requires a computer to support DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out and Power Delivery for pass-through charge over USB-C. nightmare your site and the store said this was in stock twice! I drove 15miles each time for them to tell me it wasn't in stock waist of my time . Time is money I sell Insurance. disapointed will most likely buy from Amazon from now on

Trash just like most of J5 products. This has not even lasted me a year. The USB ports are trashed after continuous docking. J5 company support for issues with driver for new M1 Pro chip is abhorrent.

I have a Lenovo yoga 920 with ucb-c thunderbolt port. I bought this hoping to connect a monitor. It does not work. It could be that that it doesn't work with that port, but there is nothing on the package to indicate so and the Best Buy person provided little additional insight

The ports are a little loose and so the cords can easily come unplugged. Also, the Ethernet port, which is the primary reason I bought this one, does not work at all. I need to return this.

The device stopped working entirely 3 months after purchase. I took it to the Geek Squad and they confirmed that it wasn't the port on my new laptop. None of the ports in this adapter worked after 3 months.

Bought this to link a secondary display via HDMI on my Lenovo yoga 910. The hub worked for everything EXCEPT the hdmi port. I ended up returning this product and ordering a hdmi-USBc adapter. I figured at such a high price maybe it would work as described, and how wrong I was :/

Broke soon after I got it. It worked ok for a couple of weeks and then suddenly stopped. I tried updating firmware and driver. It was no longer recognized by either computer I tried it on.

Poor quality. Any monitor I use through the HDMI port flickers. I’ve used it with multiple monitors and computers all with the same result (so I know it’s not the computers error). I would not recommend!

It worked fine for the first couple of uses, then the next time I plugged it in, it couldn't be recognized. Tried reinstalling drivers, but nothing fixed it.
I have only owned this for about 2 months before it quit working.

Thought this was going to be a great product for my laptop, but it was not. Once it is connected to my laptop, even if I barely touch it, it disconnects all of the items I have plugged into it. Very frustrating.

After spending an hour downloading software, which isn’t compatible with some versions of MacOS, I finally got it “working” only to find out the ether net connector didn’t work... which was the only reason I bough my the unit. I refund it.
