If you have an iPhone, don’t buy

Incompatible with Mac OS

It is terrible to hear that your adapter stopped working after a couple of months. Our customer support team would be more than happy to help you troubleshoot the issue with the adapter. In the case that it is actually defective our products are covered by a two year limited warranty. Doesnt play well with Mac

The JCA374 does require a driver to be installed and our drivers are not currently compatible with MacOS Big Sur. Once our drivers are released the JCA374 will work with Apple computer. In the meantime I would recommend the JCD383, it is a plug and play solution that does not require any drivers to be installed for it to work.

Drains my battery!
