It is not the most expensive option out there for a usbc dongle, and it kind of shows. It seems that my 2020 MacBook Pro has been semi slow when this is plugged in. I am currently running my usb mouse, power cable, and HDMI cable to external monitor through it. There are no drivers needed for download on MAC unless you plan to use the ethernet port. Overall its worth the money, but there are better cables out there for your computer, that also look and connect better.

Really a must have when your laptop just has the new tiny ports. I am so thankful that the sales associate showed this one to me! It's nice looking and very small (not a big clunky thing!).

What a gem this little tool is. I feel like Inspector Gadget with this in my bag. It allows me the capability of showing my consulting 'wares' to potential clients on whatever media is available at their place of business. It has come in especially handy more than once!

After a few days of usage, this was much needed for connecting to my office network and monitor. Would recommend and follow the directions for a Mac to install the updated drivers prior to plugging in.

Very satisfied with this product. Works great with HP Spectre 14 and HP Envy laptops. HDMI and network work great. USB ports are very convenient. Also has a usbc power pass through to power my spectre with existing charger using one usbc port 9n the laptop.

I bought to use on vacation to plug my 11” iPad Pro into the tv wherever we stay so that i can easily watch my iTunes digital library. The hdmi output worked well and i was able to simultaneously charge the ipad which worked really well. This is now a permanent accessory in my travel bag. I recommend it.

when I bought this I was little scary because it said nothing about linux compatibility, now I am very happy with it, there is no problem running this with Linux, all ports work perfect, more usb 3.0 and extra hdmi would be desired, but you get a very good item for the price.

This little box gives my HP Envy ultralight the ability to do more on the road, especially when I need to give presentations or need an external keyboard and mouse and would otherwise run out of ports.

Love this adapter, I use it to get ethernet to my laptop since it does not have an ethernet port. Internet speeds are amazing through this.

Works as expected, no surprises, no setup was needed on my Linux system. Good to have for a laptop that has no Ethernet port and minimal USB type A ports. Faster than using WiFi. I have two 512G thumb drives in the USB slots.

If you're an Apple fan the one thing that irks you in the never ending change of charging ports. My new MacBook required this to use thumb drives, etc. This device has all the connections and was priced fairly.

very nice and convenient little hub. bought for daughter to do schoolwork. have monitor, mouse, keyboard, and internet cable hooked to it and ready to go. she just hooks the usb type c cord into laptop and she is ready to get serious about schoolwork.

Ok but will not work with iphone charger c port.But I do use it for my Ethernet.

Multi function dongle, hs HDMI, Power pass-through, 3 USB 2.0/3.0, and Ethernet. If you have to purchase one Dongle, get this one, most bang for the buck. You need to download drivers, but simple and quick.
