Good adapter; does not support wireless mouse

You’ll have to test out what works with it before determining if it is what you need. I tried a wireless mouse which did not work. However, a wired mouse and external DVD player worked fine. I did not test the Ethernet or HDMI ports yet. When I had the issue with the wireless mouse, I sent a note to j5 support and got a response in 48 hours so that was good.

A much better alternative than buying a new printer because you have to use wireless connection.

So this accessory solved all of that very easily on a Windows 10 laptop by just plugging it into the C port and all worked perfectly.

Posted .In the case where you experience sudden drops in connectivity, it is possible the USB-C male end that connects into the computer may be loose and requires an exchange. The telephone variety doesn't work. I bought a HP laptop and wasn't told.
