It does a great job for the most part. The only issue I’ve had is there isn’t enough power to keep my tablet fully charged throughout the day if I’m using the web a lot. But after 10 hours of use in a day I might be down to 45% life which is good enough.

In the case where the JCA374 is not properly connected, it can constantly lose connectivity - we understand and are sorry to hear this happened to you. This can also be caused if the USB-C plug is worn out to the point where it is loose and in that situation, we recommend exchanging the device. If in the future you have such issues with our devices again, feel free to contact the support team for assistance.
