Really good hub, but the cable is not durable

However, it may not be a good choice for anyone who will need to move it a lot, as the cable can be unreliable. As long as it's stationary you should be okay & it beats paying $200+ for a full-on docking station.

Posted .Hello and thank you for your feedback. In the case where the JCA374's host cable is dropping connection, the USB-C connector may be loose and therefore an exchange would be required. Our devices are covered under a manufacturer's 2 year warranty and if still within that time frame, we recommend contacting support and seeking an exchange.

Decent but not reliable enough for pro use

I do a lot of audio engineering and use audio over IP on a daily basis. The network controller in this is not suitable for that kind of work. I've had better luck with a basic adapter from insignia. The HDMI was slow to wake on occasion as well. That could just be due to the number of displays I had connected though. Overall, for normal, not professional, everyday use, this is probably fine. For reliablilty though, I can't recommend it.

First one worked for a day or two and died. Local store replaced immediately after I walked in and explained what was up. New one has been running for weeks and after doing extensive research on quality, return rates, etc. of this brand I'm confident the first was a fluke.
