But after 5 weeks, connection became weak, and it stopped working. Submitted an inquiry to the manufacturer, but no response yet. Bought 3 separate adapters to replace this one, and BestBuy gave "next-day" impression, but now delayed 5 days!!! Nightmare fuel because i need these for work. If I had the physical ability, money and time, I could've gone to store in person. But I didn't, and now I just have to hope this old weak adapter wont get me fired.

I was unsuccessful so I just tried it anyway. It works fine right out of the box. No driver required.

Might work for Windows but poor for MacOS

Then I started having issues with things showing up on USB without a restart of the laptop. It's plug and pray more than plug and play at this point. After, drivers are updated it might work better but I use a Mac for personal work because I want simple. This is not that attachment.

Unfortunately, when the Mac is updated to a latter version, an uninstall and reinstall would be required to restore functionality.
