However, it worked perfectly on my chromebook and my niece's macbook pro. Unless you have a chromebook or a macbook, do not buy this. - Note: I followed the instructions for each device.

The graphics are beautiful and so sharp. It works flawlessly, and is such a great change from pc. I can see this computer serving him well for a very long time.

Saved my month with my ne Mac, with no USB plugs for my back up drive with all my PC files. Unfortunately, it only had 3 USB ports. I had a mouse, keyboard, headphones, thumb drives, external camera, and watch charger etc.

Posted .Due to the price of the hub, this makes an excellent choice of adapter for adding a monitor, Ethernet connection, USB ports for gadgets; simply download, install the driver needed for internet and you're done!.

Could not get display to work

My old apple cinema display has a DVI input which I connected to an HDMI adapter. The HDMI adapter was plugged into the J5 Create product, but I could not get any display output. I had the apple USB-3 to HDMI adapter handy, so I switched to that and it worked right away. Seems that the J5 Create adapter had issues with my monitor. The ethernet worked fine.

It expands one port and gives me the use of 4 port for a variety of functions like 2 USB 3.0 ports a video output, etc. It's a little pricey but the quality is worth it.
