Okay for regular HDMI

We apologize for the inconvenience in obtaining up to 4k resolution on your monitor; this could be due to the monitor itself not supporting up to 4k resolution, the computer not supporting such resolution or other. In such cases, we recommend contacting the support team mentioned on the packaging and a specialist will be more than happy to diagnose, troubleshoot and offer working solutions.
