The extra ports where ok but no matter what i did when this unit was plugged in it would knock out my wi-fi on the computer. Never resolved the issue so got limited use over all

Posted .Wi-Fi connection dropping when plugging in the JCA374 could be due to radio wave interference; we apologize for the experience you had. Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This adapter does the job (occasionally) but the cable is fairly short, so if you're working with your second monitor to your right, the bulky portion of this adapter will weigh down on your USB-C port causing it to malfunction after a certain point. At this point, I have to get my USB-C port fixed on my laptop, and whenever I want to connect my second monitor, it takes about 5-10 minutes of working with it to get it to connect. Additionally, sometimes even when it does connect the image on the screen shakes around terrible making it useless anyway.

We recommend connecting to a USB-C port on the bottom side of the computer, so it will not put stress on the adapter.
