It is the most basic, which is exactly what I needed. Thank you to the Best Buy team member who got exactly the item I needed and showed me all the others too. He picked this one AND it was on sale! It offers multiple ports that allow me to connect all my essential peripherals like my external monitor, keyboard, mouse, and even a USB flash drive — all through a single USB-C port. The Power Delivery feature is a huge bonus, as I can charge my laptop while using the hub without any interruptions. The compact design makes it easy to carry around. It’s also been very reliable, with no connectivity issues or slowdowns, even when multiple devices are plugged in.

But, it worked well in doing so when connected to the USB-C port. Input through the other ports also works well.

This adapter has been great for connecting my laptop to HDMI ports and any older devices that still use USB. I’m super happy with it

Compact size makes it easy to pack and switch devices where connectivity options are needed. When my laptop screen detached itself, this was helpful to provide a video port through HDMI and wireless keyboard and mouse interface through USB.

I personally used a mouse and keyboard to try out some mobile games. Works like a charm on all USB-C compatible apple devices too!
