Docking station work sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. My laptop won’t turn on at times. Would need to pull the cables and re-plug them in a few times before it starts working again. Especially so if I plug the power adapter into the docking station instead of the laptop.

This product goes great for my Mac and allows me to set up multiple monitors. It also allows for multiple USBs, which helps for adding a mouse and/or keyboard.

Easy to use and worked great. Would recommend anyone who needs it, get it.

Excellant overall. I was able to connect everything I needed to get my office going.

This is a very affordable dock that does the job efficiently. The only problem I have with it is, only 1 of the HDMI outputs work at a time. If both worked, I would give it 5 stars

Worked ok with my computer setup but I had to restart my computer a few times when the screens started flashing. I ended up returning it but that was largely because I bought another monitor and this was not capable of 3 additional monitors

I had high hopes for this and my MacBook Pro 16 inch. I have two TCL TVs with HDMI ports plugged into the back. The docking station does not recognize my blue yeti nano microphone, and only works on one of the monitors. Cannot find anything anywhere to help fix the problems. If the problems get fixed I will gladly give a five star review as I do like the size, portability, and hopefully ease-of-use

I bought this dock so I can work from home and the ports and usability is pretty great!

Got this docking station for my sister for her home office as a gift. I don't know how she was able to do all her work out of just using her laptop display. Specially because she does HR stuff. I just could not stand watching work on a tiny display. So a few weeks back I bought her two monitors, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, mouse pad, dual monitor stand including this docking station which easy to setup and has drastically help her to multitask to get more done. The docking station made it easy for her to connect everhing I got her to the docking station and to her work laptop. So far everything has been working flawlessly for her. Great buy.

The driver install is a 2-minute process very quick and simple and the docking station is sleek and works very well.

I now own 8 of these docking stations. I have moved my office to all new laptops that all have Thunderbolt ports. Then I use this docking station to connect all accessories. The docking station charges the laptop, runs 2 27" monitors, keyboard, and networking. One simple connection and you are done. I have looked at many docking stations, but this one has all the ports I need and works great. One recommendation is to buy a separate 65W USB C power connector for this docking station so that you have your laptop power connector available for travel use.

Helped clean up my wires and works great! I love only having to plug one cable into my laptop and it hides nicely underneath my laptop.

Its a great product for the Business Environment. One plug and the office Laptop is Connected to all the Monitors and the Power if you get the 108W adapter.

Easy to set up and handles everything easily. Wish the cord was longer so it could be tucked out of sight.

Was looking for a docking station to use with a new MacBook Pro along with existing monitors, wired Apple keyboard and Apple Magic mouse. This handles all of those along with providing power passthru and ethernet connectivity. My only concern is related to some apparent "challenges" upon power up or awakening from sleep mode. Basically, it seems to have issues recognizing my monitor connected via the VGA port. Every time, I need to disconnect the docking station from the Mac and then reconnect before the VGA monitor is recognized and displays anything. I don't have any problems for the monitors connected via HDMI or display port.

I work from home on weekends and furlough days. At work I have two screens and it makes my work a lot more efficient. I finally decided to get two screens for home. Both are VGA, so I bought a HDMI & USB adapter for my laptop. The USB didn’t work. After a lot of research I found out that if I want to extend two monitors it would be best to use my Type-C port. The j5 has a VGA & HDMI I needed. I also can plug in my wireless keyboard/mouse. Everything stays plugged into the j5 and don’t have to plug in a bunch of things into my laptop when I work from home. Just the Type-C plug and I am good to go. Great purchase if working from home.

Just what I wanted in order to use my old desktop peripherals with my new laptop. Small, sleek, and has a wide variety of ports to accommodate all types of devices.

Works really well with my Dell 16" laptop and connecting to multiple, older model monitors. The docking station power link is not strong enough stand alone to charge the laptop (error message), using original charge cord for power while simultaneously hooked up to the docking station for multi display works really well.

I bought this for a Microsoft Surface Pro Laptop and it works perfectly. I'm sure it will work fine with most other laptops as well. My Surface Pro only had one USB port which I plugged this device into so I could connect an external keyboard (I hate laptop keyboards) and dual monitors.

Works great with the new iMac where all they have on their system is the USB-C's. I have my external drive set up on this as of currently, and works great. I am sure it will come in handy when I plug in my drawing tablet that needs to be connected to a HDMI cable port with 2 USB slots. The item does not take up that much space, but it is something to consider if you have a small desk or workspace. Despite the length in size, I would definitely get this if you are someone like me, and I am sure as everyone else, who still needs a regular USB slot for everything.
