Terrible quality control.

The buds work every well but quickly, 4 months, the case failed preventing the buds to charge. They sent replacements that are defective to start with as one of the buds won't charge.

Great OTC solution

I liked the brand, the mobile app and it helped me to hear. However, the devices would randomly fall out of my ear. I tried the medium and small ear pieces but apparently my ear canal is unusually small. I ended up returning and will order BTE version.

Seems to be ok - but issues updating

These are for my husband. He says he can hear much better. Great, because the TV doesn’t have to be so LOUD. However, the device cannot update firmware. Download to his iPhone works but it won’t update the hearing aids. Says ‘no internet’. Which is impossible, because it just downloaded. He cannot find any help for this.

I would give a 5-star rating if their software worked better. The software has trouble recognizing Wi-Fi and whether both earpieces are working. Therefore, I cannot update the firmware or software when notified that such is available. The upgrade just gets stuck in a loop.

The product does work to enhance hearing. it has a tendency to fall out of the ear, even after changing the bud sizes. I am still debating whether to keep the product or return it. The website for Jabra is not very effective and does not adequately cover the Enhanced Plus model, especially the warranty section. Jabra will not replace a lost earbud and advised your only remedy is to purchase another one.

Good when I could use them

The hardware is great unfortunately the app to run it is terrible. When they worked it was fine but when I had to reset them the setup software would not connect to Jabra so I couldn’t use them anymore. Customer Service kept wanting to replace the hardware. Buy something else.

as far as the hearing aid function they work well how however I had to take one star off because they will not connect bluetooth to my TV, I also had to take another star off because while trying to listen to music on my iphone it would pick up strange noises and lower the quality of the music. Unfortunately one of the main reason I bought this brand was to not only be able to hear better but to hook up to my TV and listen to music on my iphone unfortunately it failed on the latter too

Hearing Aids work great. The Hearing Aid in one ear does not want to stay in ear. Vented ear gel works best.

Awesome hearing aid and wireless headphone in one!

So far so good. The Bluetooth connectivity is awesome. I can play music or audio from my phone while also hearing the world with the capability of adjusting the sound levels of both. Battery life is great. Hearing aid functionality works very well. A great buy for sure.
