However, the devices would randomly fall out of my ear. I tried the medium and small ear pieces but apparently my ear canal is unusually small. I ended up returning and will order BTE version.

Seems to be ok - but issues updating

Great, because the TV doesn’t have to be so LOUD. However, the device cannot update firmware. Download to his iPhone works but it won’t update the hearing aids. Says ‘no internet’. Which is impossible, because it just downloaded. He cannot find any help for this.

The software has trouble recognizing Wi-Fi and whether both earpieces are working. Therefore, I cannot update the firmware or software when notified that such is available. The upgrade just gets stuck in a loop.

Couldn’t quite get a really good fit but still pretty good. Comfortable to use for a few hours. Not great in reducing unwanted sounds in a crowded,noisy environment.

Unfortunately one of the main reason I bought this brand was to not only be able to hear better but to hook up to my TV and listen to music on my iphone unfortunately it failed on the latter too

Awesome hearing aid and wireless headphone in one!

I can play music or audio from my phone while also hearing the world with the capability of adjusting the sound levels of both. Battery life is great. Hearing aid functionality works very well. A great buy for sure.
