Its good and does as advertised, would recommend has good battery life

Connects well and has good volume, better than my previous Bluetooth. It also has it's own distinctive "ring" when my phone rings so I know the call is for me even if I'm a short distance away from my phone or if other people have mobile phones near me.

This is the second one I have purchased to use for work. After years of use, my last one died. I ordered the same one because I know that it is comfortable and the sound quality is good. Sometimes when I am talking to someone, they can hear conversations happening around the office very clearly. I have tried different kinds but it's important to me for it to be comfortable and stay in place. I highly recommend it!

Par for the course. If you like small, this will work for you. Setting it up is easy, but the tiny buttons will make on the go adjustments (Vol. etc.) a challenge.

Does not go loud enough; when I am going down the road, I can hardly hear with both the phone and earpiece turned up max; you cannot hear the phone ring or what the person is saying. I don't care if it says you could lose your hearing, we have to be hands free on the road and not everyone works in the office all day; some of us are on the road and have to be hands free. The other issue is the ear pieces are always too big; you're supposed to make your ear canel stretch out bigger. I guess I'm the only person with a smaller ear canel because after a day your ear aches

The small Jabra earphone with behind ear clip are the best. Almost all earbuds pop out of my ear but this stays secure even with movement and no worries while driving that I’ll pop an earbud out to cause distraction. It’s not the best for heavy duty music listening (then I do use something else) but for cell phone Bluetooth or out working in the yard where I’m moving and could easily lose another earbud, this is perfect.

I just can't understand why everyone doesn't have a headset. This would save many lives by not having something in their hands while driving or WALKING across a street. These people that have to have a phone in their hands at all times don't know what they are missing. Every thing we can do, no matter how small or basic, that we can do to savor a little safety among our groups would make a safer world. Get one-help save a life!

While the device was easy to set up and it paired quite quickly, it's difficult to put over my ear, and the ear "hook" comes off quite easily when the device is in my pocket. The hook is one of the features I was seeking, so that is troubling; however, the sound is good, even though it always needs to be turned up when I answer or place a call - if that's some "safety" feature, I would curse Jabra for not trusting my own intelligence in setting the volume level I desire I still have excellent hearing, even at age 62)!!

Fits snugged in your ear. Will not fall out. You can hear your caller clearly and your caller can hear you clearly. No more can you hear me now. Lol

This blue tooth is affordable and you can here your calls very well, also charge last the majority of a day.

The best of all I used before, I tryed several meodel and jabra models too and it is one of the best, long range, about 30 feet, battery still good for 4 years, i just get it new in case become discontinued, but my 2 old ones still in good condition, also i leave it in the car winter/summer with no problem

I love it really , easy to used and set up . The battery works for longer hours.
