It also has it's own distinctive "ring" when my phone rings so I know the call is for me even if I'm a short distance away from my phone or if other people have mobile phones near me.

After years of use, my last one died. I ordered the same one because I know that it is comfortable and the sound quality is good. Sometimes when I am talking to someone, they can hear conversations happening around the office very clearly. I have tried different kinds but it's important to me for it to be comfortable and stay in place. I highly recommend it!

Not Loud Enough in the Car

I don't care if it says you could lose your hearing, we have to be hands free on the road and not everyone works in the office all day; some of us are on the road and have to be hands free. The other issue is the ear pieces are always too big; you're supposed to make your ear canel stretch out bigger. I guess I'm the only person with a smaller ear canel because after a day your ear aches

Jabra earphone

Almost all earbuds pop out of my ear but this stays secure even with movement and no worries while driving that I’ll pop an earbud out to cause distraction. It’s not the best for heavy duty music listening (then I do use something else) but for cell phone Bluetooth or out working in the yard where I’m moving and could easily lose another earbud, this is perfect.

The hook is one of the features I was seeking, so that is troubling; however, the sound is good, even though it always needs to be turned up when I answer or place a call - if that's some "safety" feature, I would curse Jabra for not trusting my own intelligence in setting the volume level I desire I still have excellent hearing, even at age 62)!!
