My wife and I were tired of the kids fighting over their shared iPod or listening to the tinny sound of the iPod's built-in speaker with the sound all the way up. I shopped around and read a bunch of reviews before finally deciding that the Jam Touch was worth a try. I liked what I read about the simple set up, audio cues (it actually speaks to you to tell you what it's doing instead of blinking Morse code at you), and the reported audio quality. It does not disappoint. The kids (9 and 7) can connect it to their iPod unassisted after I showed them how the first time. The sound quality is much better than I expected from such a small device. It's very easy for them to adjust the volume; just twist the unit on its base one direction or the other. I do have two complaints: - The volume goes from mousy quiet to bleeding eardrums in the blink of an eye. - The bluetooth connection has to be re-initialized every couple of days. Not sure if this is their old iPod, or the Jam Touch causing the problem.

I really love this speaker. It's pretty loud and the audio quality is awesome for such small speaker.

I went to BB and was looking at the bluetooth speakers and come across the Jam. At BB you have the buttons to test the sound and I was listening to other speakers and Jam sounded better than the others I listened too. I saw a Jam on sale online and bought it. Beware: Jam has many models that all look the same so I don't even know if I ordered the same one I was testing in the store. The one I received works great and sounds good.

This speaker works great. Easy to hook up to your device. I was looking for something so I can hear music in other rooms while I was cleaning but I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I wasn't sure on what I was gonna do with a system for a new house. So I was browsing in the Sunday paper and came across Best Buys ad and seen this on sale which I thought was a bargain. And I was right for what I am using it for it works perfect!!! It would be great for a kids room!!!

Sound is very decent and battery life is good. Obviously it isn't the best speaker but it works perfect for me.

Bought this for a beach trip. I just wanted a cheap, decent Bluetooth speaker to take down to the sand and not worry if it got wet, dropped in the sand or lost. It worked perfect... Loud, clear, 5 hr charge, easy spin top to control volume and caught on sale for $27! Boom!!

Love my Jam. Although I am not an audiophile, I enjoy my music around my house. The Bluetooth is great, sound much better than my devices. Jam pairs effortlessly with Android & Apple products. You can even change the voice language on Jam! The only thing I wish it had is a low battery indicator so I could connect to a power source before the music stops. I purchased this on sale & with a rewards certificate~well worth it!

Love the variety of colors. Picked a black one for me and blue for my son. Loved the sound and easy to work.
