Keep track of your walking and sleep

This is my second Up24 fitness tracker in 8 months

I think it would have been great but wouldn't work

the best tracker for everyday use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The good thing about this tracker is that they have actually build the band around the software and not the opposite. the SW is awesome, you understand when you have spent your calories, how much, it provide reports, and it sync flawless with myfitness pal, both for calories consumption and food. plus it sync your step with the apple health kit. but this tracker is packed with functions, remember this band vibrate as well silent intelligent alarm reminders it can track your workouts... tell the band when you start and finish the workout, tell the band what type of workout and the intensity and it will do the rest and now with the latest upgrade the battery last 14 days... like you have to charge it for 20 minutes every 2 weeks... the band is comfortable enough, after few days you get use to it...
