A few things took it down from a 5 to a 4. Firstly, setting up the wireless bass required trial and error... and a bit of YouTube. But once done, have not had any issues. Secondly, you need an external equalizer to get the sounds right. There are some preset but I just could not find one that worked for me and there was no JBL app to customize. So run most of the sound through the device equalisers.

Absolutely love it! One of my best purchases ever! Sound is very important to me. So I was very impressed with this product. It is not their most expensive product which made it an even better deal. Would definitely buy it again and would definitely recommend it.

I was a proud owner of a Bose system for 17 years and it finally quit on me. So I shopped around and decided that this sound bar just couldn’t be beat for the price. The subwoofer is more than adequate for our living room. High quality sound at a good value.

I’m an audiophile and extremely picky on quality sound. However, I was looking for an inexpensive wireless sound bar for our living room tv (I have a media room with large screen and Home theatre system). I tried several sound bars from Bose, Samsung, etc. (around this price range) but none had decent bass and crisp highs. This JBL was on sale so decided to take a chance and I am pleased that I did. It truly does sound amazing for the size and especially the price. Crisp high, and rich tight bass. I’m amazed at the bass for such a small sub woofer box. It’s not a high end expensive system so it’s not perfect (music is OK, movies awesome) but it is by far the best sound you’ll get for this price range, and if you’re not a picky audiophile, it’s all you’ll ever need!

Quality JBL sound and easy to connect. Have intermittent issues when streaming to Apple TV or iPhone, but not surf it’s JBL,Apple, or provider related. All in all, a good buy

Good sound, good value for the price. If you are looking for a mid to low end soundbar just to enhance the sound of what you are watching, this is a pretty good soundbar for the price. Grade = B+

I have spent a lot of time on this project trying to get the Sound bar, and Sub Woofer working. Sub Woofer does not stay connected to the Blue Took. Had to Google set up method instructions because the instructions say absolutely nothing in regards to set up of the Sub Woofer. Trust me; pull the directions to see. I have the Sub in my vehicle getting ready to go by a Best Buy store store. I am not happy. Please contact me.

This JBL sound bar is well worth the money if you want quality sound.

Man I bout this for my girlfriend for Christmas n didnt think it was gone sound this great! I was amazed! I'm definitely buying one for myself! Great sound n the subwoofer shakes the room! Love it!

Has great sound and has plenty of bass and volume. The only problem is that it occasionally turns off when sound isn’t detected during tv shows

First, I was able to purchase this at a discount. There were no other soundbars in this class for the price. Next, this speaker has an HDMI input and output. Out of the 20-30 soundbars I've researched or purchased, none had this feature. Since I am not using a TV (I'm using a projector with no audio out) I couldn't get sound from my AppleTV (latest version), which has no audio out. Bluetooth always seemed to disconnect. With this, I am able to run the HDMI from the AppleTV to the soundbar then out to the projector. I also like all the input options. It sounds good but I do wish the dynamic range was a little better.

Very easy setup, great looking and great sound for movies and listening to music. Bluetooth setup was simple and quick and connectivity is great!! Definitely recommend this product to friends

I've had a few different Soundbars and this one is by far the best sounding and ease of set up Soundbar on the market. I love this product and can't say enough good things about JBL.

Found this sound bar and sub setup in the open box section and figured what heck. Setting up was seamless. Bluetooth connection to sub was/is flawless. LOUD. It can get loud if you want it too. I like to watch live music videos on YouTube and this little soundbar cranks. Perfect for watching TV and is great for movies too surprisingly. Remember, I only spent $165.00 on it. There are bigger and better soundbar/sub setups but for the money this setup thumps. The bass is awesome. Had to turn it down. I would recommend this system to anyone who needs a sound bar.

I bought this for our bedroom TV and wow does it sound great. This can handle a large family room or game room. It truly gives you a great surround sound experience.

This sound bar has made all the difference in volume, tone and quality of sound. Whether it’s a movie, discussion program or music; we now have A much better sound experience.

Works ok, great sound, but sometimes it goes out. I gotta plug it in and out, but other then good buy.

I have no idea some says some negative things for this JBL sounder! You cannot get any better sound out of a soundar around that price range! Do not hesitate to purchase it!

Purchased this soundbar to use with my new big screen television. What a difference it made. Sound is much clearer now and much better.
