    At first I was a bit disappointed in the sound, sounds were hollow. Turns out the default ear piece cushions that came out of the box that go into the ear were not the correct size for me. Good thing the box does include extra additional sizes. Once I changed them sound quality is great, bass and treble sound awesome, the app also has great pre set options .

    I’m on my second pair and they’ve both had the exact same issue. The charging points in the case always permanently depress and prevent one of the earbuds from charging rendering having a pair useless. The sound quality is excellent and they are great for sweaty workouts but it’s the charging case that can’t handle the long road.

      We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak 3 TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, earwax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dry before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly.
