The earbuds after being worn for a while they do make your ears hurt which is a major issue for me because I wear mine for a long periods during the day. Also, when the Bluetooth battery is weak you can’t hear people and the malfunction not allowing you to connect.

The app to control the headphones made it ten times better. The settings were good. Also they fit in my ear perfectly which is the biggest thing I need for head phones.

At home I use Sony wired headphones because the sound is much superior than Bluetooth headphones.

I like the over the ear fit, way more secure than other brands I've tried, doesn't come out of the ear canal nearly as much. The biggest problem by far is that you can't tell if they are charging. I can figure out if the first one I put on the case is charging because the case LED flashes. But there's no ongoing indicator of charge status per earbud. I have had several times in the short time I've owned it to one of the earbuds being dead with the other one at 100%> My old JBL wireless earbuds had an LED indicator on the earbuds that told me if they were charging. If I didn't have to pay a restocking fee I would return them for this one reason.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Headphones App supports our JBL Endurance Peak 3 and allows you to view the battery percentage of each earbud and the charging case. To properly charge your earbuds, we advise charging them for longer than two hours.
