I purchased these about 8 days ago. Needed wireless headset that would stay put when worn. They looked pretty good, a little pricey but ok. Popped them I. As soon as I got I the car. They came right on, I was able to pair really easily. I was loving them. Charging case looked great and it seemed like a simple enough process, connect tiny cable, plug in, seat earbud in the pocket. Next morning it was not charged, I figured I did something wrong. So started over, very carefully put earbud back into seat, waited a couple hours, checked if I gained any juice and no luck. I decided to take them back after work, figured maybe they were defective. At work I thought let’s try one more time, plugged in case, seated earbud, forgot they were charging. Checked a few hours later...tadaaaa! Fully charged. So far since that day, I may have been able to fully charge one more time, they sit in the case over night and I wake to 10%. I am so disappointed. I am returning.
They sound good, they look good. I was able to even connect to my fire stick to watch tv. But what good is a earbud that doesn’t charge. You can use the main one (right) by itself. You can not use the left one alone. It constantly beeps in your ear - I still haven’t figured out why, it seems like it turns off for second but then I can hear whatever I am listening to at the time. I will be returning to see if I can get another type or brand. Funny thing is as I write this review, they appear to be charging (see picture)-go figure.

These buds fit very well and have great sound quality. However the battery doesn’t last much. I know this information before I bought them. My biggest problem with them is after 5 min of inactivity or use, they turn off automatically to preserve battery life. That’s very annoying to remove them off the ears, ensure the hooks make contact with the unit and place them back on the ears to reconnect them. Finally, the charging case, while convenient to use, have some issues. During several occasions, the earbuds failed to charge after placing them in the case. I’ve found one trick that works every time to charge them. Detach the hooks from the unit and place them in the case. For some reason, it works every time. See photos attached.

I only have 2 problems with these. #1 they shut off after about 10 minutes so it's not good for all day wear. The standby time isn't good if you use these for phone calls. Because if you receive a call or pause your music, after 10 minutes you have to take them off and turn them on every time. #2 the left is completely dependent on the right being on. So if I'm only use the right, say at work. When it dies I can't just put the fully charged left in and use it . That a big one for me

Sound quality is good. Fitting snug around your ear is good. The Major problem I have with these is that every 10 mins of no music or if no one calls it shuts off and disconnected from my phone and I have to turn turn it back on and go to my Bluetooth to re- connect. There’s no reason I should have to keep re-connecting just so they will work and it’s completely charged so it’s not like it's dying.

I bought cause price was good but qas blown away sound is crisp, they fit snug in your ear and don't fall out, good design with just touch to operate and the charging case is nice secures them so there not just all over the place.I bought them for working out and love em thus far. I bought a JBL flip 4 portable speaker and was blown away with the sound so decided to try these and nocomplaints thus far.

I usually don't write reviews, but I have reached my limit with these. I've been through two pairs of these now. Both sets the charging case will no longer charge the right earpiece. Since the case is the only way to charge these, I now just have a useless earpiece.
I was able to return the first pair easily enough through their customer service and get a new pair (about a week after I sent in the old pair), but then the new pair only lasted a couple of months before the charger stopped working again. This is with very light use, probably 1x or 2x per week.
Uploaded pictures of the dead headphones in the charged case, with no charging indicator on the earpieces as a bit of further evidence.
My $20 pair of crap wireless headphones have been a better, more reliable purchase than this garbage.

Great product with a few minor quibbles

As an avid music and Podcast listener, I was looking for something a little more gym friendly. Normally I wear over the ear headphones, but those are more difficult to tote around, so compact headphones were next on the list. To start, I have used JBL products for years and have everything from their excellent professional studio monitors, to home stereo speakers, to bluetooth wireless speakers.
Let’s get the minor quibbles out of the way first.
While the sound quality is really nice, I wouldn’t say it is for everyone. These seem more flat response than many consumers will like. They will give you the music at is meant to be heard. If you are looking for bass, get over the ear headphones, as these are small and are obviously not designed to thump due to the driver size. That said, I do think the sound is clean and un-distorted which is all you can ask for from this type of headphone.
Comfort is an issue. They are semi difficult to put on, but once you do it a few times it gets easier. After having them on for a while, my ears definitely start to feel uncomfortable. They do come with three sizes so you can figure out which is best for you. I am using the smallest size, but they still start to hurt after a while. This is why I normally wear over the ear cans. If you are used to earbud style headphones it shouldn’t be an issue. I guess I’m just too sensitive. If you wear glasses, these also may not be a good choice because of the loop that goes over the top of your ear.
The good!
The hardshell charging case and how it works is awesome. You simply put the headphones into the case (each has its own fitted slot) and charge both the headphones and case by plugging the case into any USB. Really cool design. Then if that wasn’t cool enough, the case actually has its own battery and charges the headphones remotely anywhere. This is an excellent design and should keep you in business for a LONG time. Kudos JBL! The case is a hard shell case and measures only 3.25L x 2W x 1.25D, so it will easily fit into most pockets, purses, etc. It is actually so compact that you may even lose it so be careful. It also has four tiny charge lights on the front so you can always see when you need a charge. Battery life is excellent as well. If you keep the headphones in the case when not in use and you are a casual listener, you will rarely need to charge.
Another great feature is that these turn on and off automatically when you put them on and take them off. I have had zero issues with pairing and every time I put them on, they turn right on and sync to my phone perfectly. Take them off and stow in the case and they turn right off and start charging. Brilliant!
Build quality is on point and typical JBL. These are even IPX7 waterproof rated, so running in the rain, or sweating while working out shouldn’t be any problem. Just not sure you want to jump into a pool, or the ocean with them on. The touch sensors are on the right side and work great. You get pause, skip track, and volume with different swipes and taps. This works for phone calls as well. You can even use the right one on its own if you are making calls in the car, etc.
To sum it all up… I had a hard time trying to decide between 3 and 4 stars, but I ended up going with 4 because my cons are mostly personal and I actually prefer more of a true flat response sound to my music as opposed to colored like most consumer products. If you are used to this type of headphone and you like your music to sound like it really does, you will be happy with these.
PROS:
Flat response sound quality (great for how it should really sound, not for bass-heads)
Excellent build quality
IPX7 waterproof
The charging case is awesome
Easy USB charging
Pairs with my Android easily
Touch controls
Battery life
CONS:
Flat response sound quality (this may not be for everyone)
Comfort isn’t quite there with in-ear headphones (could be me)
Not for people with glasses

So this is my first pair of truly wireless earbuds. I never invested in a pair because most of them didn’t have the hook around the ear, earbuds never fit right in my ears, so I tend to stay away from them. But when I saw these, with the around-ear hook, I jumped right on them.
The setup is simple, the carrying case is the charge station, so just hook it up with the included USB, wait for the four lights to be a solid white, and then put the earbuds in, and let them charge. The red lights go out, meaning they are fully charged and ready to go.
Pairing is easy, for the initial pairing, the ear buds will automatically power on when you put them on, it uses JBL’s power hook system, meaning when you open the ear hook, it turns the master (right bud) ear bud on, and then signals the second earbud (left) to activate as well. Once paired, the master bud is touch sensitive, swipe up to increase volume, swipe down to decrease, tap to pause, double tap to skip a song, triple tap to go back on a song. Tap hold to begin paring to another device.
Sound quality is good for the size, adequate base, and generally blocks most ambient noise if the earbuds sit right. These are NOT noise cancelling, so these and airplanes work okay. In conjunction with my phone’s EQ settings these are decent.
The pros: Light weight, easy to travel with, comes with carrying case that doubles as a portable battery for them. Sound quality is good for working out, swimming (yes these are waterproof, just don’t put them right back in the case, dry them off first) or for using them at the office.
The cons: My biggest complaint, is that when receiving phone calls, it goes from stereo to mono, I only hear the person on the master bud, while the secondary just sits there doing nothing, and there’s no way to change it from what I’ve researched. My second irk is that I can’t tap-hold to summon siri like I can on my other headphones, I have to use my phone to call her up.
If the cons don’t bother you, and you don’t plan on using it for phone calls a lot (I use them at work a lot, having to make calls for my job) then these buds are good.

I actually really enjoy these headphones I can do more with the hands free headphones one click , two clicks, three clicks. For mucis or hands free calling it is soo convenient and really easy to learn how to operate. Plus it's WATER PROOF!! I have gotten them mildly wet and they are perfectly fine although I do not recommend you shower with them even if advertised that its water proof I am personally not finding out to what extent. Very happy with the portable charger when on the go. Overall Very happy with my purchase.

I’m thoroughly enjoying my new earphones! They are durable. The charging case is good too. My workouts are great with these wireless buds. I don’t have to fight with cords at all. Thank God! I also love the fact that they connect with my phone. It’s very easy to transition between calls and music or videos and vice versa.
Getting used to the fact that the controls are touch. Definitely a learning process. But it’s cool. I got it!

I bought these earbuds to use on my runs 3x a week and loved them at first but after 2 months or so, the right earbud will not even light up. I even tried factory resetting. The left headphone cannot be used without the right. It will not show up as a device available for bluetooth use without the right earbud turned on and therefor, they can no longer be used. Disappointed, as I ensured they were always charged and ready to go. I really wanted to give these earbuds a great review and would have otherwise but would go with a different pair in the future.
