It starts charging and then stops and if I turn it on, starts for 1 or maximum 2 songs and then stops working.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. Your JBL Flip 5 might has a bad power adapter to have a problem like this. The charger may not be powerful enough to power the unit and charge the battery. Check the adapter and make sure that the rating is 2 amps or higher. Reset may also fix the issue, please follow these steps: Remove or forget the speaker from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in the settings of the phone or tablet. Then, with the speaker powered on, press and hold the Volume + and Play buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the unit turns off.
The speaker has now been reset. For further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support.
