The quality of the sound bar is very good. The subwoofer offers the little extra that enhances the sound. The only problem that I had with this purchase is the instructions are poorly written.

I’m rating the JBL Soundbar 5 stars for these reasons: easy setup, the sound is absolutely amazing and it was just what we were looking for that was also reasonably priced. It will make you feel as though you are in a theater setting. The only complaint is that the remote is so incredibly small.

I purchased this soundbar because I wanted full and amazing sound, which it demonstrated in store. It did sound great at first, but after a few months started a random roaring sound. Went back to Best Buy and salesperson said he had never heard of the issue. He made a few suggestions, so I went home and unplugged, plugged, and examined, but couldn't figure out the issue. Went back to the store and lo and behold I was 3 days after my return date. So now I just hope the roar doesn't happen when I've fallen asleep watching a movie. Also, the remote is so tiny I have trouble reading the teeny tiny buttons. I also wish there was a display on the sound bar. I thought JBL was the bomb, but they bombed out with me. I will look at another brand when I am able to upgrade.

Sooo...... the sound is pretty good. The instructions are missing. Everybody says so. You can find them by searching the JBL website for SB350. You might also want to search the Harman website for the SB35. The user manual for its cousin has some tips and tricks. (Who else would know to go there????) We have not yet been able to link the HDMI capabilities. We attached the cable to the ports, but so far, absolutely nothing has happened. There doesn't even seem to be a diagnostic. And a website, maybe C|NET said something like, there is no standardization, so don't bother. (We have a Samsung UHD 4k TV.) We hooked up the digital audio cable. It seems to work ok. (Maybe we'd recommend it to a friend. The price is right. Best Buy Guy recommended it to us as a good mid-range value.)

I love JBL sound and have bought many of their products, in this case, I would have preferred a deeper "rounder" sound. The overall sound is good and love the Blue Tooth function however, should have purchased a better quality Sound Bar to complement the TV I bought.

The blue tooth feature is nice. Just remember to turn off if you use your phone as an alarm. It will wake up whole house haha! Easy set up. Do not care much for small remote though. Easy to lose.

I read the reviews before heading to the Best Buy store, so I had an idea of what I wanted and did not want. Before going to the store, I had decided upon the Samsung sound bar (to match my TV brand), but once I heard the JBL, the Samsung just did not compare. I've not encountered the pairing loss between the subwoofer and soundbar, have been totally pleased. Just wish it was a little better at "surround sound." But, considering it's a soundbar and not a bunch of separate speakers, I'm quite pleased.

I'm new to medium to high end soundboard so I'm pretty impressed with this one. Bluetooth sounds good an optical also. That's the only ones I've tried.

Great sound bar for someone who wants a good sound. The wireless subwoofer gives you the flexibility to find just the right spot. Satisfied so far!!!

I wasn't looking for a full-blown home theater setup. I just wanted to get off the TV speakers. To that end, this is a great soundbar. Setup was very easy. The bluetooth subwoofer wouldn't pair at first, but it was user error on my part. I don't hear any sound lag or any signal issues with the subwoofer. I wish there were a couple more input options. There's one HDMI, one analog, and one optical. I also wish there were more options to EQ the sound mix. It's pretty bright for my taste. For the price, it satisfies my need just fine.

Setup was straight forward. The box did not indicate an optic cable was included, but one was included. The fiber optic cable is your best choice if your TV has an optic output. Bluetooth from my Android tablet also works fine. The wireless sub woofer really makes this a superb sounding system

Overall good sound. No issues with set up. Great for tv and movies. Prefer a stereo reciever to crank up music.

I had a small portable JBL speaker in the past that I loved and used for presentations. Although originally looking for a different brand sound bar for the TV, the competitive pricing and quality of the JBL model made me want to give it a try. Perfect. Extremely easy set-up, beautiful rich sound, and works with my universal remote seamlessly. Really enhances the media experience. Several friends have bought the same system after hearing the difference.

This soundbar blew away my previous one, the sound and depth of the bass is amazing. Its lower in price than the sony but sounds just as good if not better. Definitely worth every penny, i highly recommend it.

This sound bar has greatly improved the sound on our television. Before, we would have to turn the sound almost all the way up to produce enough sound to hear. Now voices are clearer and we enjoy the bass sound when listening to music. Would purchase again!!

Nice size sound quality is very good hard to recognize some TVs for the volume control.

This little thing will surprise you how loud it can get ! The sound is amazing . The bass is there and pounds very loud. Love that you can control the bass . Only down fall I didn't like was that there's no display on what level your volume is at . Pretty much you'd have to guess . Other than that great system.

I'm very happy with this soundbar. I wasn't looking for a full home theater solution. I simply wanted to get full room sound for my living room and get off the TV speakers. This fit the bill perfectly. The sound is great. The hi's and lows are solid. I don't see any syncing issues. Look some have said, I had some initial issues pairing the subwoofer. But, it was "user error" on my part. My only small complaint is that the input options are somewhat limited. You have one aux, one optical, and an HDMI. Not a big deal to me, but wouldn't been nice to have more options. For the price, it's still a solid way to go. Pro: Great sound, easy hookup, great value Cons: limited input options

Sound quality isn't bad although I would have preferred a better frequency range. The sub pairing was easy and setup to the tv was quick and simple using both Bluetooth and the optical cable. The remote control could have been a little better by swapping the bass and volume controls. Overall it's a decent soundbar.
