No complaints about sound quality or connectivity. Being able to connect to two different devices at the same time is an excellent feature. However, they are kind of difficult to remove from the case. Not really a good way to grip the top of the buds to pull them out, kinda frustrating. Not a bad set of earbuds if they're on sale ($39.95). I wouldn't recommend them at their full price ($64.95).

They are decent for what I need them to do to connect with my work phone and personal phone when needed. They easily transfer, but they also easily disconnect and easily fall out of the ear while just talking. I took away only one star for that because they are really good, just wish they fit in the ears better and did not fall out so easily, even if you aren’t moving.

The sound is wonderful and they fit perfect in my ears, plus the battery lasts more than the white ones I have,I love it! The only think I struggle is getting them conéctate to my phone, probably is my phone the problem I don’t know,

My husband has gone through several of this brand (because he's always losing them), but he loves them. Great audio quality, the end pieces are a bit longer so they're easier to grab than typical earbuds, and they stay nicely in your ears while being active (he plays basketball). 10/10

I own a set of Focal Celestees, Sennheiser 660s2s, Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pros, Bose QC35s, Beyerdynamic DT 770s. While they are not directly comparable, all being around-the-ear headphones, the JBL Vibe Beam 2s have a really enjoyable quality of sound for music. The touch controls are a little finicky, and the ambient aware mode could be better tuned. Overall, excellent headphones for the value. Enjoyable quality for music.

Comfortable and great sound. Probably the best action button system I've used (compared to airpod pros and bose). You can adjust them without accidently pausing or hanging up and it is still a simple tap type motion.
Only (minor) issues are putting the earbuds into the case feels backwards and they do not automatically pause when you take them out. Both of these are mostly personal issues and the pausing might be in the settings.
Overall love the product and very happy with them

One of the best headphone purchases I've ever made. The battery life is great, and the sound quality is superb. You will not be disappointed. I love that they have the option for noise canceling.

Sound quality is great. The switch between noice canceling and audio pass thru is simple and effective. Connects easily to 2 devices. Ive been using it to listen to audio books on my personal phone and doing calls with my work phone and it was super easy to configure. Works well with just one earbud in as well. I would definitely recommend this.

The JBL Vibe Beam 2 offers an exceptional value proposition—strong bass, long battery life, ANC, and app-based customization—all wrapped in a sub‑$60 package. For casual listeners, commuters, students, and active users on a budget, they're a powerful contender.
Some minor qualms around fit comfort, build feel, and mic performance might be dealbreakers for audiophiles or frequent callers, but at this price, they're worthy of serious consideration.

Excellent…perfect! Quality materials, great sound!! These were better than my Apple AirPod Pro!! Really enjoy using these, great fit, comfortable! The noise cancellation actually blocks the background noise!

JBL Vibe Beam 2 headphones are great for the price. I saw a lot of complaints about the volume not being loud enough, which initially made me hesitant to buy them. However, once I tried them, I found the volume to be more than adequate. I don’t even need to turn it all the way up to enjoy my music with good sound quality.
The noise canceling works wonders and really helps block out background noise. I would definitely recommend this product.

These are excellent! The Active Noise Cancelling works great and the microphone is excellent. Phone calls are crisp and clear on both ends of the call! Music sounds great too! And I absolutely love that I can connect to 2 different devices via bluetooth at the same time. Super convenient!

I have small ear canals so I like when they come with options of the buds. I really like the 3 levels of noise cancellation: total cancellation, being able to talk and still hear the music and off. Is the noise cancellation better than headphones? I don't think so but it is good enough to quiet a crying baby on a plane! The staying power is good, no constant charging.
