I only have one criticism of these buds and it really all depends on how you handle the buds when you need to readjust: it's too easy to pause and unpause because the buds are single-tap for that function. Personally, I don't think single-taps should result in any kind of functionality since at least for me, single-taps can happen pretty frequently and accidentally. Other than that, I have no problems whatsoever with these buds.

Purchased these for my husband for Father's Day. Sound quality is amazing for the price. Figuring out how to connect them was a little tricky, but once I read the manual, it was easy. Highly recommend.

These ear buds are a great economical choice especially for children who constantly lose things. Sound great for the price, nothing really bad to say about them.

These are great & include different sizes of “buds” to best fit in YOUR ears! The tutorial also explains that you may need a different size for each ear which was great info.

Not sure what the problem is, but charging began to be intermittent about 6 months after purchase, after 9 months left earbud wouldn't charge at all, became useless. Could be a problem with the case or with the earbud, but it's clear a charging connection is not working. Sound was good while it lasted. I'm requesting a replacement under the 1 year warranty.

I will never use my airpods no more this headphones are to 3 of my favorite, battery last more than 12 hours each headphones and best buy employer recommended to me and is my favorite.

The buds are good. They are in-ear, which can be a detriment to some people, but I find it well with me.
