Not bad for the price

They are not ideal for wearing during workouts, but the sound quality is what I expected from JBL. The touch commands for navigation are not as user-friendly as other earbuds, and the noise cancellation could be improved. Overall, the sound quality and durability are great, and the JBL app is quite helpful.

Changing to the included alternate ear tips improved the fit significantly and now they stay in much better.
