Probably the BEST I've ever purchased! I'm not sure if this is a universal feature, but on my phone it shows each ear buds' battery status! Luv 'em!

It also can answer calls and activate the voice command feature. To prevent this likelihood of issue, please ensure a clear line of sight between the earbuds and your source and shut down unused Bluetooth products nearby. Also, try adjusting the VoiceAware level to balance how much you hear your voice while talking with others via the JBL Headphones App. This app is downloadable via Google Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS devices. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Very frustrating. They have some cool features like audio pass thru and NFC locator if you misplace them. Sound quality is what you would expect for this price bracket, not the best but satisfactory. All in all 3 stars
