Works great, even with Iphone. Thought I lost my airpods, found them and I still used these.

Not too happy the sound pauses every 20 to 30 seconds. And doesn’t connect automatically either when a call comes in. You actually have to press the speaker to then click on the on headphones. Will not buy again

I like JBL products, but these buds are just truly awful. They were fine for about 24 hours with a total of 2-3 hours in use. After that, all they do is cut in and out. I’ve unpaired them, reconnected them, and reset them multiple times hoping it would fix the problem to no avail. Thankfully, I used free gift cards from my healthcare program and only paid $5 for them. I still should have returned them, but I didn’t. Spending the money on AirPods.
We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Vibe Buds. Bluetooth, in a perfect environment, will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, there is likely something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, causing these dropouts. Try to refresh your Bluetooth connection by unpairing the JBL Vibe Buds to your device and pairing it again. If the issue continues, try to perform a factory reset by double-tapping the earbud's button on any side, then hold the button for more than 5 seconds on your third tap. After resetting, return both earbuds inside the case and test if the audio dropout continues.
