This Jenn Air Euro-style Trifecta GDTSS244GS is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned! If it's not the quietest one in the industry, it has the lowest sound rating at 38 decibels. There’s no noise when it’s running, making it difficult to tell if it is, except for the tiny round LED that lights up blue while washing and white when it’s done drying. The Jenn Air app helps to check what cycle it's in, but it’s easier to press start on the Top Control panel of the Dishwasher than it is to press remote and then have to access the app to click Start. The picture shown is the same model number I ordered when I purchased it from Best Buy’s website via a phone call with Pacific Sales Home as directed, but mine doesn’t look like this one. I chose this one because it has the distinctive Euro-style towel bar like the rest of my appliances of the same brand. I carefully checked the specs for size and saw it had "towel bar" not the flat style shown on other brands. The dishwasher that was delivered to us has a clunky, flat handle that was put on by the installed. It is flat and protrudes in a way that makes it hard to open and close the dishwasher door. We wanted the round towel bar because it’s easy to grasp without getting smudges on the stainless steel. I told the installer it wasn’t the Euro-style one I had ordered to match my Jenn Air Euro-style French-door refrigerator and double ovens, and I showed him the picture on Best Buy's website. He said they may have changed the model and complained that he had not installed this brand for a while and was having difficulty fitting it into the existing space that had been occupied by our Jenn Air Euro-style dishwasher for the past 11 years. (I would have had my old one repaired but a part for the electronic panel is discontinued. The installer said that was the best he could do and left with our new dishwasher sticking out on one side and slanted down on the other. My husband got his level and noted that one side was sticking out ½” more from the countertop than the other side and about ¼” higher on one side than the other. Thanks to my husband after adjusting the wheels and making sure it was straight, our new dishwasher is now positioned correctly and is installed level and plumb!

After a Samsung Chef Collection dishwasher who's WaterWall was replaced 3 times in 4 years, and a GE Profile dishwasher who's hose connector exploded after 5 years, so far I am extremely impressed with this Jenn-air unit, and the BestBuy GeekSquad installer who sees everything, agreed...

So far so good after a month of use. It’s super quiet and cleans really well. It doesn’t come with complete or clear instructions, so be prepared to figure it out or go to You Tube to find a video. Good quality and nice stainless front.

A ridiculously nice dishwasher - very stylish, elegant, quiet, has all the latest tech, whistles, and bells. Looks and feels very high-end. The set-up was a breeze, including just scanning in the warranty code with a phone camera. This dishwasher has wi-fi Bluetooth, can be voice-operated via Amazons, Googles, etc of this world, or JennAir app on phone... is EXTREMELY quiet at 38dB, has a small front light to indicate it's in use so one knows... [literally can't hear this dishwasher]. Quality appliance actually Made in Ohio, USA. Issues: cage for utensils has somewhat small openings, and the new type of needed water connection wasn't included - had to purchase at a hardware store [only a few $s though].

So far...so good! Dishwasher cleans well and is very quiet. Trying to figure out how to place larger items to be washed. Glad there’s a status light on front so we know what’s going on Thank you and overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

Got this dishwasher at an incredible price on Black Friday and for the price I would definitely recommend. Extremely quiet and feature galore. For the original price a little to steep for me.

Was excited to purchase a dishwasher that was same brand as my entire kitchen! The mystery of the order was continual will we receive it or not? It took a month to deliver, but I think it will worth the price and wait.

Great cleaning and whisper quiet. Love it. Adjustable tines allow for many loading options.

Poor rack design makes loading pots and skillets difficult. Racks do not feel quality I’d expect for a “high end” brand. It’s not quieter than the 44db LG I had. Only reason I got a new one is a kitchen remodel. The remote connect app is garbage. Ive got a background in networks and security an hour later still no success connecting. I got the appliance 2 days ago and already decided it’s going back. I’m going with Bosch.

Bought as part of large kitchen remodel. Looks sleek. Very quiet; we need to look at the small led light to know if it is on. We even run it with guests over and there is zero disruption. Dishes come out clean. Lots of cycle options, but sensor mode detects and adjusts the cycle automatically.
