The problem: the battery on my cordless phone lost it's ability to hold a charge. Diagnosis: a replacement was needed. This battery looked pretty much identical to the one I was replacing. After checking that the connector fit my phone, that the amps and voltage was correct, I was pretty sure this would be a good choice. It was. It worked like a charm.

I looked in quite a few stores looking for this item and couldn't find it when I finally stumbled upon it in best buy. My phone had not worked in over six months. I purchased it at a price I thought was very reasonable. When I got home I swapped out the batteries in the handset and it has been working perfectly ever since.

I have an older wireless phone and needed a replacement battery for its handset. Best Buy had an excellent selection of batteries and sales representatives who were willing to work with me. The battery is just the one I needed for the handset.

I bought this battery to replace an aging battery that wouldn't hold a charge. The new battery seems to work well.

I usually buy batteries on line because you can get so many good deals. I found this battery on a site, but it never arrived. The site and I discussed it for another two weeks on how to resolve. Finally, my phone went dead and I needed to get the battery asap. Cordless phone batteries are hard to find, but I went to Best Buy first and they had it. It was about twice the price of online, but sometimes the savings isn't worth the aggravation.

Hard to find battery. Best Buy had it! Noe my upstairs phone works fine.

Happy I found these batteries, but.........it was the very last package available. I wanted to purchase more than one.

bought the Jensen battery got home put it in my phone let it charge and my phone has worked great ever since.

Replaced landline phone battery. It has worked very well and I haven't lost a call since replacing with this new battery. Best part it was on sale so I bought two. Second was for second phone.
