My mother's phones needed new batteries. I looked on the internet but didn't want to wait so I dropped in to Best Buy and they had just what I needed. Better yet they price matched Amazon. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks!

battery was for an old cordless phone and works great. Salesman was very helpful in locating this item and confirming the battery number was correct. Price better than other stores.

Found the product and it works fine. Best buy employee assisted me to find right battery. Also directed me to something else i wanted to look at.

I purchased one battery, but had to take it back because it didn't work. I returned the name brand and bought this one . My house phone works fine now.

Was hard to find what phones it would fit because there were no indications that the were different plug sizes

Found exact replacement with no problems. Charged overnight and fixed my phone.

My previous battery was dying after a half hour of charge. Nothing I did could change it. The battery does not fit snugly into the compartment, but my conversation lengthened distance from the base that I can speak into the phone is much improved. Definitely a welcome replacement.

It works fine to give new life to my portable phone. However the wire came out the side instead of the bottom so it would allow me to close the phone over it. Looking at the original I realized I could slit the covering plastic and get t he wire out the bottom like the original..

It was a lot cheaper then buying a new phone! I would tell my friends about this product!
