    This docking station is for an older iPhone/iPod model. Doesn't have the lightning connection. Wish it would have stated that in the description.

    This does not work with a IPOD Touch 5th generation, which would have been nice to know. I thought since 4th generation IPODs are 2 yrs old now that it would be compatible with a 5th generation. Should not have assumed... Now we have to return it and find something else. Nice size though.
