I have always purchased electronics, TV's and so many products from Best Buy, Keep up the great service and products that are outstanding versus other competitors I used to check. It's not a a benefit to check other competitors.

I only needed a duplex jack, 2 ports. However, the duplex jack cost $3 more than the triplex 3 ports jack. The salesman could not explain why the jack with lesser capability would cost more. He checked the pricing and said it was correct. I bought the 3 ports jack, it works fine, one port is not being used.

Was needing it because I had to many lines and I need a solution to fix it. This helped out tremendously now I have less lines to worry about hooking up

i would encourage anyone to try this product it is truly amazing .i am speaking from experience just try it for yourself and you would not regret it.

I NEEDED AN ADAPTER TO HOOK UP A RECENTLY PURCHASED FAX MACHINE BUT DID NOT WANT TO LOOSE THE LAND LINE ALREADY CONNECTED TO THE MODULAR JACK. THE TRIPLEX ADAPTER WORKED PERFECTLY , WAS CONSTRUCTED OF EXCELLENT MATERIAL AND QUALITY, AND AFFORDED ME THE CAPABILITY TO ADD ANOTHER DEVICE TO THE MODULAR JACK. THANKS BEST BUY FOR HAVING THE PRODUCT I NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE WITHOUT RUNNING ALL OVER TOWN.

Exactly what I needed to hook up 3 lines into one. normally you might only need two slots but now and again the 3rd comes in handy and this was the now and again time.

I purchased and used this for my wifi and modem. Phone coming in goes into the first port, then the modem and wifi in the second and third ports. All is well, no drops, no hum, no problems.

Not a 2nd thought about this product. Just plug it in & forget about it. It works flawlessly.

Called all over Peoria for a phone splitter. Finally found 2 at Best Buy. They were on clearance. Landline accessories are getting harder and harder to find. However it does what it's suppose to do. My boyfriend owns his own business and has to have a landline and needed to do a hardwire for his credit card machine. So needed a splitter since he only had one phone jack. Works great.

I needed this item for a client who had 3 phone lines and only 1 original jack. It is well made and did the trick.

works great, this item was so hard to find because of cell phone use, looked everywhere. finally found it at Best Buy. should have gone there first.

It is cheap and very convenient. I had no problems installing it.
